Wired is a multimedia protocol, as well as a server/client model for a more decentralized, user focussed approach to remote connectivity. Through the wired you will register with name servers, which in term store name resolution for clients (e.g. users, inbox systems, etc), arbitrary information the client has supplied, as well as being a trusted cryptographic 3rd party for client identity. This is in the very early stages, as I am in the process of designing out the protocol itself, as well as the intended connectivity model.
wired-protocol is the core protocol library for the Wired. This handles all network layer interaction, leaving programs to interface with this library alone in order to work with other Wired software.
